Cold process soap making workshop, hosted by Yaneth Cerda from Alquimia Holistica. Open to participants ages 13 and up (under 18 requires a parent/guardian present). The workshop will be about 2 hours of hands-on instruction, and all materials will be provided. Each participant will leave with a soap recipe and a soap mold with your custom soap (about 1 lb) in it. We will be using high quality vegan ingredients and dyes from ground leaves, petals, roots etc. Non toxic ingredients.

Please wear closed-toe shoes and long sleeves. All tools, goggles, gloves and aprons provided. This does involve the handling of sodium hydroxide (aka lye), so safety is very important for this type of soap making.
